We are a small family business located in Orange County California.
Our unique spoonable kefir is handcrafted by the owners Kady and Medi in a traditional way that is slow and time consuming in order to keep the authenticity of the product and the potency of the probiotics and enzymes alive until they reach your gut. While Kefir is usually known as a drink, using our mastery of French yogurt and cheeses, we succeeded in making it a creamy yogurt-like product that is more rich and potent than yogurt.
